Voltage level: 22KV

Purpose: Rubber production

The construction of a 22KV transmission line and a 400KVA transformer station at Phu Viet rubber plant is being carried out by Quang Anh Electrical Installation Company Limited. Managed by Duc Hoa Power Company in Long An, this is an important project serving the rubber production purpose at Xuyen A Industrial Park, My Hanh Bac commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

  1. The first task involved planting 02 14m high LST poles at the 400KVA tower station
  2. installing 2 sets of station cabinet supports
  3. 02 sets of wire stopper supports
  4. 1 insulator support and 01 lightning arrester support.

  1. Install 03 FCO and accessories
  2. Install 03 LA and accessories
  3. Install 02 sets of transformer 400KVA supporting brackets
  4. Install 400KVA transformer grounding system
  5. Install LA grounding system
  6. Install 17 sets of porcelain cable supports and accessories for low voltage cable
  7. Install 2 compartments of MCCB 630A & 160Kvar CSPK compensation in 400KVA transformer substation cabinet

  1. Pull 511m of 150mm2 low voltage cable from MCCB 630A at transformer substation to factory electrical cabinet
  2. Install 100m of 25mm2 medium voltage cable
  3. Complete 56m of 185mm2 low voltage cable, connect to transformer
  4. Restore construction site to original condition
  5. Install 03 FCO and accessories, Install 03 LA and accessories
  6. Install 02 sets of transformer 400KVA supporting brackets, 400KVA transformer grounding system, LA grounding system
  7. Install 17 sets of porcelain cable supports and accessories for low voltage cable
  8. Install 2 compartments of MCCB 630A & 160Kvar CSPK compensation in 400KVA transformer substation cabinet
  9. Pull 511m of 150mm2 low voltage cable from MCCB 630A at transformer substation to factory electrical cabinet.

  1. Received the 400KVA transformer from Thibidi factory and crane it to the prepared foundation.
  2. Installed the porcelain support set and installed 03 porcelain insulators.
  3. Connected the CXV 25mm2 medium voltage cable to the high side of the 400KVA transformer.
  4. Connected the CV185mm2 low voltage output cable from the low side of the 400KVA transformer to the 630A main circuit breaker of the transformer station.
  5. Tested the Thibidi 400KVA transformer – Passed the operation standards according to Decision No. 2608/QĐ-EVN SPC.
  6. Tested the 630A Mitsubishi low voltage circuit breaker – Met the operation requirements.
  7. Tested 09 porcelain insulators – Passed the operation standards.
  8. Tested 06 suspension insulators – Passed the operation standards.

  1. Tested 03 Cooper 18KV lightning arrester valves – Passed the operation standards.
  2. Tested 03 Tuấn Ân 200A 27Kv LBFCO polymer insulators – Passed the operation standards.
  3. Tested 03 Tuấn Ân 100A 27Kv FCO polymer insulators – Passed the operation standards.
  4. Tested 03 Tuấn Ân 200A 27Kv LBFCO polymer lightning arrester valves – Met the operation requirements.
  5. Tested the CV 185mm2 0.6/1Kv low voltage output cable – Met the operation requirements.
  6. Tested the grounding resistance – Met the operation requirements.
  7. Tested the CXV 25mm2 24KV medium voltage cable – Passed the operation standards.
  8. Installed the porcelain support set and installed 03 porcelain insulators.

  1. Cut off 03 LBFCO branch heads
  2. Receive 03 medium voltage transformers from the power company, proceed to remove 03 old transformers from the existing station, and replace them with 03 new transformers.
  3. Complete the connection of the (400+400)KVA substation
  4. Acceptance test the entire substation
  5. At 3pm on 26/06/2021, commission the (400+400)KVA substation and hand over the project to the owner.
