Required Documentation Includes:
1. Electricity Purchase Request: Fill out the application form (available for download on the website) or send an official request letter.
2. Proof of Electricity Purchase Location (copy): This could be a Permanent Residence Book, Temporary Residence Book, House Number Allocation Notice, Property Ownership/Usage Certificate, House Sale/Transfer Contract, House Rental Contract, Land Use Certificate, or Property Management Authorization Contract. Customers without these documents must obtain a location confirmation from the local People’s Committee.
3. Proof of Purpose for Electricity Usage (copy): Includes Business Registration Certificate, Investment License, or Establishment Decision of the Unit.
4. List of Electrical Equipment: Specify the capacity and usage mode. Customers using over 40kW should register a load profile and technical specifications.
Processing Time:
– Standard Cases: 03 working days after receiving complete and valid documentation.
– Additional Installation Cases: Maximum of 07 working days for tasks like pole installation, underground construction, or installation of multipliers in electricity meters.
