The rooftop solar power project with a capacity of 1.19MWP at Jia Bao Rui plant was completed on November 19, 2020. The project includes a 22KV power line and a 1250KVA transformer station at Lot A-5H-CN, D4 street, Bau Bang Industrial Park, Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.
The project is deployed on the roof of Jia Bao Rui plant with a total installation area of about 7,500m2. The rooftop solar power system is integrated with a 22KV power line and a 1250KVA transformer station to supply power to the manufacturing plant.

Main scope of word on construction site
Installation of 12m BTLT pole without guy wire, in accordance with the regulations of PC Binh Duong.
Installation of grounding well at the transformer station and metering pole.
Thibidi 1250KVA transformer
The project uses a 1250KVA oil-immersed transformer 22/0.4Kv manufactured by Vietnam Branch.
Recloser 24KV-630A-12.5KA/3S self-closing switch
The Recloser 24KV-630A-12.5KA/3S self-closing switch, control cabinet, voltage transformer for measurement, protection and power supply voltage transformer are all installed at the same location on the non-guyed BTLT pole.
ACB 2000A electrical cabinet
MSB electrical cabinet includes 1 ACB 2000A 65kA module, 1 500 KVAr automatic compensation module using Mitsubishi circuit breakers, and Samwha capacitors.
Medium voltage measurement
TU and TI medium voltage metering system is installed on the non-guyed BTLT pole right at the 1250KVA transformer station.
Commissioning of 1250KVA transformer substation
The 1250KVA transformer substation project was fully designed, constructed, and commissioned by Quang Anh Electrical Installation Co., Ltd. and put into operation on November 19, 2020.
