• Pursuant to Civil Code No. 33/2005/QH11 promulgated on June 14, 2005 by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Decree 45/2005/QH11 on the implementation of the Civil Code promulgated dated June 14, 2005 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

• Pursuant to the Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCT dated May 28, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the purchase and sale of reactive power;
• Pursuant to the 2005 Commercial Law, effective from January 1, 2006, of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
